Christmas MARKET VendorS

Weekend Commitment
•    Vendor registration is for the full two-day weekend.
•    We are not accepting single-day vendors.
•    Vendors must be present and operational for both Saturday and Sunday of their selected weekend(s).

Set-Up & Take-Down
•    Vendors may arrive beginning at 8:00 AM for set-up.
•    All booths must be completely set up and ready for customers by 10:00 AM.
•    No booth set-up or take-down is permitted during market hours.
•    Vendors may begin packing up after the market closes at 4:00 PM.
•    Vendors must exit the market area by 5:00PM.

Products & Displays
•    Vendors may only sell products that have been approved by Granary Road through the application process.
•    Products not included or approved in the original application may be removed from the booth.
•    Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, professional and attractive booth throughout the market.
•    Vendors are responsible for providing their own displays, décor and any additional equipment required unless otherwise specified.
•    Granary Road is a child friendly environment; we won’t accept any adult rated products. 

Tables & Booth Spaces
•    Vendors must remain within their assigned booth or table space.
•    Displays, merchandise and signage may not block aisles, neighboring vendors, entrances or emergency exits.
•    Vendors requiring electricity must book a space that includes power.
•    Vendors are responsible for bringing any extension cords or power bars required for their display. All electrical equipment must be safe and in good working condition.
Food Vendors
•    All food vendors must comply with applicable Alberta Health Services regulations and requirements.
•    Vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses or approvals required for their products.
•    Food trucks must operate only within their designated location.
Vendor Parking
•    Vendors must park in the designated vendor parking area.
•    Please do not use prime customer parking during market hours.
•    Loading areas may only be used during designated set-up and take-down periods.
Outdoor Vendors
•    Outdoor vendors should come prepared for winter weather conditions, including snow, wind and cold temperatures.
•    Vendors are responsible for ensuring their tents, displays and merchandise are properly secured.
•    Granary Road reserves the right to make operational or location changes when required due to weather or safety conditions.
 

General Requirements
•    Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, cash and personal belongings.
•    Vendors must keep their area clean and dispose of garbage appropriately.
•    Vendors must follow all Granary Road safety requirements and staff instructions.
•    Granary Road reserves the right to remove any vendor who does not comply with market rules, safety requirements or approved product guidelines.
 

Marketing & Promotion
•    Vendors are responsible for promoting their own participation in the Granary Road Christmas Market through their own social media, email lists, websites and customer networks.
•    Granary Road will promote the Christmas Market through our social media channels, website and marketing emails.
•    Participating businesses will be included and highlighted within Granary Road's Christmas Market marketing where applicable.
•    Vendors are encouraged to share Granary Road Christmas Market posts, event information and promotional materials with their followers.
•    While Granary Road will actively market the overall event, each vendor is responsible for promoting their individual business and encouraging their customers to attend the market.

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Vendors are expected to remain open and fully operational for the entire market day.
