Are you passionate about animals and love working outdoors? Granary Road is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand – to join our team!

 

Responsibilities:

• Feed, water, and care for a variety of farm animals, including goats, sheep, pigs, horses, alpaca, and chickens

• Clean and maintain animal enclosures, barns, and pastures

• Monitor animal health and report any concerns to management

• Assist with farm maintenance, including fencing, feeding systems, and general upkeep

• Interact with guests and provide educational information about the animals (as needed)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with animals is an asset but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!

• Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

• Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable speaking in front of groups.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
